Welcome to ThugStitch. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website thugstitch.store (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is owned and operated by Ravinder Singh, trading as ThugStitch (“ThugStitch”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products

ThugStitch sells apparel and streetwear products. We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device screen, and product images are for illustration only. Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Currency

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where supported. Depending on your location and payment method, the final amount may be processed in a supported currency, and your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion charges.
• All prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

4. Orders & Acceptance

• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance.
• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund that order.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways, including Cashfree and PayPal. We do not collect or store your full card, bank, or UPI details on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to the terms and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship both within India and internationally.
• We aim to process and dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by destination, courier, and — especially for international orders — customs clearance.
• Shipping charges depend on the destination country and order value, and are calculated and shown at checkout.
• For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns, Replacements & Exchanges

Please read this policy carefully before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final, except in the specific cases described below.

Replacements (damaged, defective, or wrong item)

• If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs (and, where possible, an unboxing video) showing the issue.
• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Size Exchange

• One exchange is permitted per order for size issues.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges on size exchanges.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Size-exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to stock availability.

How to request a replacement or exchange

Email support@thugstitch.store or message us on WhatsApp at +91 79861 30662 with your order number and details. Our team will guide you through the process.

8. Order Cancellation

As orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order and before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, graphics, logos, artwork, text, and images — is the property of ThugStitch and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use any of our designs or content without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to engage in fraudulent activity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThugStitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
